Overview:

We are seeking a Residential Remodeling Designer to support our design-build projects. This role works closely with homeowners and our construction team to develop plans, estimates, and detailed renderings.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with homeowners to understand goals and develop plans
  • Create floor plans and 3D renderings using Chief Architect
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts
  • Coordinate with construction teams
  • Assist with material selections
  • Conduct site visits for measurements and scope

Qualifications:

  • Experience in residential remodeling design or drafting
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
  • Proficiency in Chief Architect or similar software preferred
